Introduction

Welcome to the Department of Public Instruction's filing of the PI-1206 Homeschool Enrollment report. Your resident school district will have access to your PI-1206 Report once it is submitted.

It is the responsibility of the parent to print and keep a hard copy of your submitted report for your records.

This is not an application to an online school. For information about virtual charter schools, please visit the department's virtual charter school web page.

How to Report Homeschool Enrollment

Before completing the report, we recommend reviewing the information found in the "Frequently Asked Questions" document found on the department's Home-Based Private Educational Program (Homeschooling) web page.

Updates to submitted PI-1206 reports can be made throughout the school year, so please save your user ID and password.
